Catan, previously known as The Settlers of Catan or simply Settlers, is a multiplayer board game designed by Klaus Teuber, and first published in 1995. One of the best selling games of all time, Catan is widely credited with the popularity of European style board games ("Eurogame") outside Europe.
Start with Catan and move onto to the three main expansions: Cities & Knights, Traders & Barbarians and Seafarers. Play with up to 6 players, using the 5-6 Player Extension for each game and expansion.
