Preorder Policy
Thank you for choosing to preorder with Good Games. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, please carefully read our preorder policy outlined below.
1. Payment and Confirmation

Full Payment Required: Full payment is required at the time of preorder to secure your item.

Order Confirmation: Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
2. Estimated Delivery Date

Delivery Estimates: Estimated Dates are provided on the product page. If no Estimated Date is available, the default manufacturer release date should be used as an indicator for release. Please note that these dates are estimates and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as manufacturing delays or shipping disruptions.
3. Change of Mind and Cancellations

Cancellation by Customer: If you decide to cancel your preorder due to a change of mind, a
10% cancellation fee will apply. This fee helps cover our surcharges and operational costs associated with processing your order and handling the cancellation. The 10% fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Timeframe: 'Change of Mind' cancellations can only be processed up to 1 week before the release / shipping date.

Refund Process: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items: Some products may be non-refundable. These items will be clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. Some examples include; but are not limited to:
- Gift Cards
- TCG Singles
- Jewellery
- Event Entry Fees
- Food and Drinks
Good Games does not typically accept change of mind returns after a preorder item has been shipped. However, at our discretion, if we decide to accept a change of mind return, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount once the goods have been shipped back to Good Games.
Please note that if the change of mind is due to a changed ETA date, the 10% fee will not be applied. (See 4. Product Availability and Changes below)
4. Product Availability and Changes

Stock Availability: While we strive to fulfil all preorders in a timely fashion, product availability is subject to change. If a product has a nationwide delay and/or a release date change. This new date provided by the manufacturer / wholesaler will be considered a product's new ETA date. If we are unable to fulfil your preorder due to Good Games stock issues, you will be notified and offered an alternative product or a full refund. In this instance no cancellation fee will be implemented and a full refund will be provided.

Product Modifications: In rare instances, there may be modifications to the product specifications or design. We will inform you of any significant changes and provide options if you wish to proceed or cancel your preorder.
5. Shipping and Handling

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and will be included in your total preorder price.

Shipping Address: Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date. Changes to the shipping address after the preorder has been placed may not be possible.

Release Dates & Delivery: Good Games at their discretion may wait for all items in an order to be released before shipping.

Split/Combined Delivery:
Good Games at their discretion may split or combine shipping based on Preorder and stock availability.
6. Faulty Products and Support

7. Agreement
By placing a preorder, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Preorder Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
