Click & Collect

Good Games offers a Click & Collect option in selected stores.

We are working hard to have all our Good Games stores available for Click & Collect, If you can't select your store, it's because we do not offer Click & Collect there. Some stores will still show stock availability while others you can contact for confirmation.

All items in your cart must be available at the same store for Click & Collect.

Simple follow these steps:
  1. Use the Click & Collect button on a product page to see if the item is available at your local store and add it to your cart.
  2. Select Click & Collect at checkout.
  3. You’ll receive an email notification when your purchase is ready to collect from the store.
  4. Show your email with your code and photo ID to a Good Games team member in store to collect your order.

You will have 7 days to collect your order. A reminder email will be sent after 3 days. Please contact the pickup store if you need to extend this time period.


Question: Are all products available for Click & Collect
Answer: At this stage majority of products are available, however some limited unique products may not be listed for Click & Collect. Preorders are also excluded.

Question: Is there a charge for Click & Collect?
Answer: No, Click & Collect is a free service

Question: How will I know when my order is ready to pick up?
Answer: Once the store you have selected confirms product availability, you will receive a Ready to Collect email advising that your order is ready for collection. Please note: Stock & availability differs from store to store.

Question: What do I need to take in store to pick up my order?
Answer: When collecting your order in store you will need a copy of your order confirmation email and valid photo identification. Valid photo identification includes Driver's Licence, Passport and Proof of Age Card.

Question: Can someone else collect the order on my behalf?
Answer: Yes, please contact the store to inform them of the person who will be collecting your order.

Question: How long do I have to collect my order?
Answer: Your order will be held for 7 days after being confirmed as ready for pick up. If your order has not been collected by this time, it may be cancelled and a refund processed.

Question: Can I return or exchange my order?
Answer: If you need to return all or part of your order, you can do so at the store you collected your order from. Our normal return / exchange policy applies.
