As a countermeasure, the Federation decided to develop a nuclear capable mobile suit of their own, and the result was the RX-78GP02A Gundam Physalis.
The Gundam had to be bulky enough to handle a nuclear armament, a fact that resulted in one of the most intimidating Gundam designs in the UC timeline. That massive and imposing appearance has been recreated in this kit, which features the giant bazooka, beam sabers, and a shield that can store the bazooka inside!
