In Caveman, players are thrust into the prehistoric world where they must quickly match cards featuring caveman words and images. Each card has four pictures with different background colors. The goal is simple: be the first to get rid of all your cards!
The game begins by evenly distributing the cards among players. There’s no taking turns—it's a frantic race to find the right match as quickly as possible. If one player calls out a word, like "mamu" (which means mammoth), everyone must scramble to find a matching card with the correct image and background color. The first player to place their matching card on top of the pile then calls out the next word, continuing the cycle.
The first player to get rid of all their cards wins the game!
