COVID-19
Due to COVID-19 severely affecting shipments across Australia, there may be a delay in your shipment. Australia Post has also suspended their Express Post guarantee, which means that while Express Post is still the fastest shipment method, delivery may take significantly longer. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping times.

PRICE ERRORS
Despite our best efforts, on occasion it may be possible that a small number of the products in our range may be incorrectly priced on the website. If we have made a mistake and a product's correct price is higher than the price on the website. We may either contact you before shipping to request whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel your order. If a product's correct price is lower than the stated price on the website, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product, or where the higher incorrect price has been charged, we will refund the price difference and send you the product.

REFUNDS
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
• is unsafe;
• is significantly different from the sample or description; or
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your invoice or confirmation email.
